Women Telling Their Business

Hi Friends, welcome to September! As always September marks our 1st fall month for WTTB presentations. However, this month's WTTB we will be taking the month off due to the relocation of the Lucia Tryon Library. The new library's address is 12oo Langley Avenue, but the work of WTTB continues on! Plans are being made for our 3rd Anniversary Celebration to be held on Sunday, October 18th at 3:00 at the Osceola Golf Country Club, 300 Tonawanda Drive. The afternoon plans to be as great as last years celebration! It will include a fashion show from local boutiques, musical entertainment, a ballroom dance demonstration, recognition of the 2009 sponsors, business "showcase" tables, business card table, door prizes and much more! Tickets are on sale for $20.00. Please contact me at 516-0143 if you wish to purchase tickets. It's a great afternoon out with friends! Also, I'm excited that for the first time "Women Telling Their Business" will have a walking team on October 31st for the "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" fundraiser walk! I have a theme for the fundraising part-CHANGE FOR A CURE! I would like t ask all by friends to save their "loose change" for the month of October, which is breast cancer awareness month. You can start earlier if you wish! I will collect the loose change, cash it in and turn it into the American Cancer Society for our WTTB team contribution. So this year we are celebrating with a purpose! Thank you for all of your participation and support at this time and over the last 3 years! WTTB would not be a success without you!
